it looks like you have no permissions to run the NuadaCFD app.
Did you request access via this page already: Access the Nuada.CFD Microclimate App Plugin | SimScale ?

Hi @lvxiao_007. As you already requested access, I just reactivated it.
It should work now!
Important : If you have generated your own API key, please discard it and generate a new API key to reset Nuada CFD.
