how can I calculate in CHT Reynolds and Nusselt numbers?
I mean, Can Simscale calculate them automatically?

For the Reynolds number, you would need to perform the hand calculation locally.
As far as the Nusselt number goes, you can do that with a “Wall heat flux” field calculation result control for a CHTv2 analysis type (CHTv1 is not supported).

Reference length?
is it the length of cooling channel? why not diameter?
The reference (or characteristic) length is just a length that represents the geometry. It doesn’t necessarily need to be the actual “length” of the channel if something else makes more sense.
Geometry? Inlet or length of geometry?
