The tutorial that you mentioned does not have humidity involved in the setup. You can simulate the tutorial with humidity enabled though, but you would need to use a “Conjugate heat transfer” analysis: https://www.simscale.com/docs/simulation-setup/global-settings/humidity-modeling/
