while I attempt to simulate a shell a tube heat exchanger, at boundary condition, in the filling of the pressure outlet, the plat form needs the outlet temperature, how I can manage it.

The outlet temperature is just a backflow temperature, in case backflow occurs. Assuming that you’re using a pressure outlet BC and your outlet section is not extremely short, then backflow won’t occur and this outlet temperature will not be a factor, so you can leave default settings.
