I am hoping that someone can make a suggestion for a good mulitphase CFD tutorial. Many of the links on this topic (i.e. flow around boat at surface interface, waterfall flow etc.) are very dated, so that the associated documentation links and projectes are no longer available, or the tutorial description references a SimScale tree structure and workflow that is outdated.

What I would recommend is to have a look at public projects and reverse engineer them as for now.
