Hi, I was just curious if there is such thing as real-time cfd software? A cfd software where you can visualize the airflow in real-time the computer is generating and change the geometry of the object and instantaneously affect the cfd and it shows the airflow around the new object? Is this even possible with a high-quality mesh > 16 million cells. What would it take to have something like this? How many core processors would you need?

Hi,

There are some tools out there for “real-time” or “near real-time” cfd. Typically speaking, they are mostly used for cheap simulations, looking for qualitative results, instead of accuracy. You should be able to find some by searching on your search engine of preference.
