I am facing a serious issue. I logged into my SimScale account (username: porrofilippoo, email: 5433430@studenti.unige.it) and I can no longer see the project on which I had already made significant progress and which I need for my thesis.
It seems to be completely deleted, as I cannot find it anymore.
My account is currently a Basic account, but today I already received confirmation that my account will soon be upgraded to the Academic Plan.
The project was called NACA 23012 unmodified
I sincerely hope it can be recovered, because it is very important to me and I had already obtained good results.
