Problems with very fine meshes

Hi,

I am PERRINN official member. I created a mesh for our F1 car that have 11.6M cells. When I changed parameters to get a finer mesh I got an error. Meshing log suggests that mesh was created (one time it had 46M cells and when I changed parameters the second mesh had 29M cells) but I am not able to view it.

Can you help me with creating fine meshes?
