Problem with surface mesh generation

In this model, https://www.simscale.com/workbench/?pid=6696524418672023580#tab_0-0

One of the 146 faces failed to mesh. The suggestion to retry “with quadrangle surface elements disabled” doesn’t help as that was already disabled.

Is this something that can be addressed by varying the meshing parameters, or by adding a mesh refinement?

Or do I need to change the model in some way?

I would have to see how this issue is caused - do you have an idea on this @rszoeke? I think we already had this issue in the past maybe you can add your comments here.
