From the meshing log, it looks like the current minimum cell length threshold (given by small feature suppression) is causing problems in some regions of the model. This is likely due to the dimensions of the model being too small:
If you remove the small feature suppression, by entering “0”, the mesh should run:
Make sure to assess the mesh quality using the meshing log/mesh quality features and also visually.
