Pressure Boundary Condition, Static or Total?

Is the boundary condition for pressure static or total pressure?

Hi Syed!

It depends on the analysis type you are using. For incompressible analysis, you will be asked to apply gauge pressure by default, whereas for the compressible type, the total pressure is used.

In case of a pressure inlet, you can add total pressure input for an incompressible analysis as well.

I am using compressible flow, so i am assuming total pressure for the outlet flow boundary condition is correct.
