Also, I need to simulate the temperature.
What are the steps to find these values?

I think there has to go more into the preparation process than just a hollow cylinder. First thought would be to have a moving/adaptive mesh which is not integrated in SimScale. But maybe you can use a workaround for this and work with inflow/outflow conditions using .csv tables in a transient simulation - I might be completely wrong here though.
