Post-Processing: Values from specific nodes

Hi everyone,

I would like to ask if there is an easy way in post processing, to extract the values from specific nodes.

For example I want to get the velocity values from the nodes that I have in the red box in the following screenshot. So the “inspect point” tool is not an efficient way to do it.

Hi,

If you are looking to obtain the data for a huge number of points, I’d recommend downloading the results and using the “Plot over line” filter in ParaView.

This will give you more than 1000 points over any arbitrary line that you are interested in.
