How do i get the total pressure and pressure coefficient contours on the plane.

To achieve this, you must change the Coloring field in the Cutting plane setup panel:
But first, you should ask the solver to retrieve your desired fields, so they are available in the postprocessor after the simulation run is complete. Please refer to this page for details:

I cannot find the pressure coefficient in the compressible flow simulation. Is it available in that simulation?
