Pitch Axis must be unit vector

I am attempting to get an incompressible flow analysis of an arrow vane. I am working on a team and we are using identical simulation setups. When I attempt to generate my mesh I am getting a Simulation Setup that my other team members do not get.

Thanks! Something looks unexpected - In the meantime, can you give it a try with a project created with Metric units (instead of Imperial)?
