I see that you have only the flow region, it should be good to simulate.
The F1.1 geometry is meshed and it is the one that gave me an error because the mesh is of very low quality. The other geometry I have uploaded new because I had cleaned it in Solidworks but it gives me an error on the faces of the wheels.
