Why am I not getting any flow pattern from particle trace?

Extract flow region
If the model does not contain all flow regions, assignments in the simulation setup have to be repeated on every mesh. Use flow volume extraction to avoid this issue.
I still dont manage to get this, and this error appeared in my mesh. Do i Need to extract flow volume to proceed
