Parametric mesh layer collapsing

Hi, i am trying to perform a formula sae aerodynamic simulation using the parametric mesher, but the boundary layers are collapsing .https://www.simscale.com/workbench/?pid=8456012624043104353&mi=spec%3Ab6c55cf8-6791-4284-a544-ff7c574ac5d5%2Cservice%3AMESHING%2Cstrategy%3A549&sh=488

Hello tilloyev_murod,

Thanks for reaching out to us here in the forum.

Most of the time we see layers collapsing for snappy hex meshing, is when fast changes in the size of the surface meshes ocure.
For example here:

Please either try to remove the refinement at the transition from the Chassis to the Nose or smoothen the transition. Please also try to keep your refinement gradients like this formula. Where each refinement level has half the size of the previous level. And face should only be assigned to a refinement which neighboring faces a refinement level higher or lower.

Refinement Level Size = \frac{Mesh Base Size}{2^{Refinement Level}}

I hope this help to improve your Mesh.

Best regards
Sebastian

thank you Sir
