I’m running a simulation where my Pressure values are harmonic and repeat after a certain time period at a given point. How can I get the data for this Oscillation frequency in my Post Processing analysis?

For transient analysis in particular, it would be (much) easier if you set some result control to track the parameters of interest. For instance, this project may be helpful (scroll down to see the description).
That is only easy to do because we have some result controls in place.
