Onshape tab no longer supported?

Hi. I’m trying to use SimScale from Onshape as a connected App. Normally you are able to start a simulation by opening a new SimScale tab in the bottom of the screen. SimScale is no longer available to me as an option. Does anyone know why?

Not sure I fully understand the workflow here. You can use the connector app directly from your SimScale with the following steps.

  1. Create a new project in SimScale

  1. Once you are in the workbench, you will see an option to either “Upload” or to “Import”

  2. Click on the “Import” button

  3. After you authorize the app, you will be able to see all your Onshape existing models. Import the model or part you want to analyze with SimScale by selecting it and clicking on the import button.

Onshape tab has been discontinued. Onshape support is currently limited to only the following products: Onshape Pro, Onshape Enterprise and Onshape Performance.
