So I decided that I need to refine a complexly shaped edge in SimScale. At the moment this needs to be done using cylinders and refining the region. I decided to tackle this by creating a featurescript that allows me to pull coordinates and axis lengths using two selected points, and I thought I would write this post in case anyone wanted to use it in the near future. the link is here:

As you can see the parameters are printed to the featurescript notices.

Iām sure even after we get edge refinements this will still have a place although a lot less needed.
