How can I fix these faults? Can they be fixed in simscale itself? Or do I have to fix them locally in my cad software?

Thanks for posting your question!
In such particular cases that the user has several CAD problems, it is just possible using a CAD software. Please use your local CAD software for that and then upload it again into SimScale.
