@sjoshi, I have been studying your simulation and I was wondering how do you have chosen those fluids. I know you have finished it a long time ago, but I would like to ask you a couple of question if you don’t mind.
Both phases are really viscous. Was it a attempt to keep the Reynolds Number low, and then, to keep it as a laminar flow?

The reason for choosing the fluid in this manner was to validate a benchmark for multiphase simulations. You can find documentation for this validation case here.
