Meshing Issue with Multi Region Mesh

Trying to mesh multiple volume body. Solid block and the water volumes mesh well, but the pipe between them is always missing.

I shared the private project with the corrections in your mesh with you. You can increase the refinement level if you want, but it is working well now. Please let me know if it helps you.
