Meshing help - F1 CFD school project

It is harder and it takes longer to provide support without full details. To speed up the process and quickly solve your issues this is a reminder to post as much information as you possibly can:

A hole in the floor after a geometry edit almost always means the edit introduced a surface fault: a gap, an overlap, or a self-intersection where the wing assembly meets the floor, and the mesher just exposes it. Check the modified CAD for open edges and interference first, before touching any mesh setting. Then re-extract the flow volume cleanly, imprint the assembly, and add local surface refinement on the floor edges rather than raising global levels. Post the geometry or the fault location and I can point at the exact spot. If you are on a deadline, I also do this as a fixed-price service, DM me
