A mesh operation for a STEP file failed after 94 mins and using around 25 core hours. Is there any way to prevent this from happening? The message read, ’ Increase refinement levels’ but the refinement levels were sufficiently high. I have been doing this for long but this is the first time this has happened. It is a huge waste of time and core hours. Please check it out.

Thank you Jousefm, I got it solved. There was an issue with the cad. It had a couple of intersecting geometry.
