How is it so low? I even tried regional refinement and it’s still low. Is there something wrong with my mesh settings or is it a problem with the CAD model?

Hello! I meant that the mesh quality was so low. It reached a mesh quality of 0.0 and 0.001 when I generated the mesh, and I’m not sure what’s wrong.
The mesh quality score that is presented is based in a few factors such as:
- Aspect ratio
- Skewness
- Non-orthogonality
You can in general improve such properties of the mesh with proper refinements. The following article should help you (I think you already know it)
