Hello again! It is me,
I am running a CFD simulation of another F1S car. I went through all the processes of extracting the flow volume and the refinements and the boundary conditions etc. But when I went to form the mesh, I came across this error:
I tried reducing the small feature suppression but that didn’t work. Neither did increasing the mesh fineness or region refinements. What could I do to solve the issue?

Update:
The error has not gone away.
I have changed the file from an IGES to STEP and back to IGES and operations have been cleaned up as well and yet the error persists

Were you able to use the “Edit CAD Mode” to delete the problematic face ?
