You can read “Computational Fluid Dynamics: An Introduction Book” by John D. Anderson . It’s super easy to understand and you can try to implement the concepts once you read some chapters from this book. Also, you can take different solved problem from the book and try to validate the simulation results with the available answer. This book doesn’t teach you how to simulate a problem rather deals with the mathematics involved behind it.
