Internal Flow Volume not defined

I’m working on a conjugate heat transfer simulation using a u-tube heat exchanger. I was working through the tutorial for this, but got stuck defining the internal flow volume. It seems like my design should meet all the criteria for defining the internal flow volume (no gaps, continuous internal regions, defined inlet/outlet), but for some reason simscale won’t accept it. This seems like an easy fix, but I can’t figure it out!

Hi,

When this happens your CAD model will usually have gaps somewhere, which prevent the flow region from being created. For example:

Zooming in:

There might be more, this is just one gap that I found after a quick search.
