Internal flow volume cannot create

I can create upper side internal flow volume but cannot do for the bottom side. Can anybody help on this?

If you pick the two boundary faces, the volume gets detected.

Thanks! but next i tried to run simulation but cannot it said had multiple bodies?
And I tried another model with connected bodies but also cannot.Please help!

Hi, incompressible simulations can be run with a single flow region at a time. You’d have to delete a flow region to proceed.
