Insufficient Computing quota (academic program)

The project I am working on is trying to use CFD results to visualize incompressible external fluid flow (water) on a swimming cap, focusing on the optimization of the swim cap geometry (thickness of surface extruding pattern) to increase the swimmer’s speed by reducing fluid drag. I have applied to the academic program and is using it to conduct my simulations and obtain results.

Recently, when I was trying to create a mesh for a geometry, I accidentally modified the region refinement to be at maximum 10e-6 m edge length instead of the intended 10e-3 m edge length. This caused the mesh job to fail (due to reasons I was unaware of), so I deleted the incomplete mesh afterwards.

The region refinement was reduced to an edge length of 10e-3 m as intended, but as I was trying to create the mesh “Error Code: 2j8PY8vL” appeared, stating “Your Computing quota is not sufficient to start the job”. I have not seen this error code before. I think this may be due to the previous accidental attempt to mesh with an extremely high resolution, which used up the computing quota of 2000 hours, but I am not sure if this is the reason or not. Before generating the mesh, there is still more than enough CPU hours. Currently my dashboard shows “-690h remaining(2690h of 2000h used)”.

I hope to continue using the academic program to complete my research project, but unfortunately the computing quota is insufficient. Is there any way to fix this issue or have more CPU hours?
