For CHTv2, is it possible to store all the 3D unsteady simulation results upto a certain instant and use that as the initial conditions for another transient simulation (for the same geometry) ?
I saw some old posts that it is not feasible, but wanted to check if there was any work around?

At the moment this is still not possible at a volumetric level (e.g. involving all fields on the entire 3D model results). I know there are plans to introduce this capability in the future, and you may also post feedback regarding features from the open roadmap page: https://roadmap.simscale.com/tabs/3-in-development
As far as workarounds go, are you looking to initialize temperatures? Velocity fields? What is the solver, more specifically?
Some solvers will have a potential flow initialization option for velocity, which gives you an initialization for velocity. It won’t be fully developed flow, but it can help in some cases:
For temperature, subdomains can help.
