Improve mesh quality of the elements in the transitional zone between 2 region refinements

Hi,

I have used Simscale for external flows simulations. I have noticed that mesh quality tends to be poor in the transitional zone between 2 region refinements with different element sizings (e.g. high aspect ratio). This usually leads to aphysical results in this zone. Is there a way to create smoother transition?

The picture below, I set 2 region refinements and you can easily see the bad elements situated on the boundary of each region, forming a box-like shape.
