I need help prepairing my 3d model for simulation

I want to measure the drag coefficient of a 3d model car i purchased from 3d.org there are error’s with my model its not watertight. I don’t have cad experience. I need assistance on how to used Free cad software to clean up my 3d model so i can measure its drag coefficint in simscale.

Most CADs have an option like this one, once you have the geometry done you are going to click “export” and select the rhino type file (.3dm) , then you are going to import that file into simscale. I just realized my CAD is in portuguese but the process is the same, just the diferent language
