I can't add new model from my computer

I add a simple model but failed,the file former is .prt or .xt,i create a new counter and use an another computer,the result is the same,how can i solve the problem

Thanks for reaching out and providing the details of the issue you’re facing. It’s frustrating when you can’t get your models uploaded, especially after you’ve tried troubleshooting by using a different computer and account.

However, I suspect you might be importing in a wrong format. Could you attach a project URL so we can take a look?
