Heat treatment of a Steel Bolt in a Fluidied Bed

Hey!
I need hep regarding the boundary conditions selection for the transient thermal analysis of a Steel Bolt that is treated in a fluidised bed for the removal of contaminated polymers on it.

NEED SUGGESTIONS OR GENUINE SOURCE FOR THE SELECTION OF THE BOUNDARY CONDITIONS FOR SUCH A PROCESS.

ANY GUIDANCE WILL BE HUGHLY APPRECIATED!

I don’t think I have seen such process modeled in SimScale, thus it is not possible to give you guidance or share a reference project.

Please describe the process, what you need to model and the physical conditions so we can help you to build a model.
