Your model has many features that might make it difficult for simulation - and the generated mesh is really distorted. Look at the Aspect Ratio for instance:
To get around that, one possible workflow would be to apply some refinements to the mesh, as I’ve done in the following project:
In order to check and Improve the quality of your mesh, please take a look at the following article:
However, I’d advise you to make some simplifications to your CAD, since these refinements will make the mesh too large and consume lots of resources.
