I got my account a while ago and it was a free one year academic account. When the year ended I thought that was all but I ended up with a community plan left, 10 simulations and 3,000 core hours. However, my simulations have gone a lot quicker than they should have. I have only done 3 or 4 simulations yet simscale says I have used up all of my simulations. Also I started my last simulation (Link) with at least one simulation remaining yet now I cannot view numeric results.
Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!

This is a known issue and the team is already working on a solution. However, if you’re still a student and would like to renew your Academic Account, make sure to send an email to academic-program@simscale.com asking for it!

I am currently talking to the SimScale team about renewing my academic account. I think I will have to pay but I should be able to get a new student account.
