I’m trying to mesh the geometry of Formula Student car, but I get mesh is not OK when the mesh operation has finished. , on’t really know what can be wrong.

What you shared with us is the mesh of the Ahmed body. Is that the model you are having issues with? If so, please have a look at the following project: Ahmed Body Simulation. I have done the mesh as well as the simulation.
