Should the X,Y,Z for this part same value as my MRF rotation origin?

If you have only one rotation zone ( like in Wind turbines etc) than the center of rotation and origin of MRF may lies at same coordinates.

But if you are analyzing the effect of forces and moments on some other point you can do it accordingly. It is upon you.

I am running a wind turbine simulation, so I guess it suppose to fall on same coordinate
