Experiencing Server Issues

To be able to extend the foundation of SimScale’s infrastructure, we migrated simscale.com to a new DNS provider earlier this week.

With this migration, the old provider immediately stopped answering queries for that name. Due to the distributed nature of the DNS, changes take time to spread; full global spread is usually achieved within a day and is expected in the evening of September 1st (Europe).

One option is to switch to one of the popular public-DNS providers such as Google DNS which has already updated our entries.

If you are still having issues, please reply here to let us know and we can assist with manual changes that should restore access immediately.
