Error with radiator CFD simulation on FS car

I have been trying to perform a cfd study of a porous media on an FS car and while they cad was meshed fine the simulation ends up stopping at 10 min into it. The solving process does not start and the event log just shows “An error occurred”.
I tried troubleshooting but could not find areas to work on. Any help is appreciated.

Update : the simulation now seems to be running, I changed the mesh refinement along with removal of symmetry and using half car.
