This question has been covered quite extensively in the forum and it simply tells you to work with solids and not sheet parts. @power_users, could you guide our user here and give him some tips on what he can optimise?

the model is not clean enough for meshing, the tube intersections are not optimal:

Try to fix these faulty connections so that the model consists of only one, solid body. Then it should work!

I agree with @jhorv_th. It may be a good idea to correct your CAD model before running the simulation. If you want to run a simulation just to see how it works, you can access the geometry converted to a solid body here.
