Error when uploading a CAD model: maximum runtime of job exceeded

Hi there!

I’ve uploaded a new CAD and just when I want to create an Open Inner Region or an enclosure a message appears saying:
“The maximum run time of this job would exceed your computation quota. You can try to adjust the settings of the operation and to restart it.” ERROR CODE: 3e517951

I’m only trying to upload a model modified of one I’ve uploaded previously and the error didn’t appear. Now I tried to upload the same CAD and the same error appears. What could be the problem?

The core hours should stop at 0, so there might be a bug involved. I forwarded this to my team, thank you for reporting :slight_smile: As soon as I have news, I will let you know!

About this issue, were you running many simulations at the same time?

Yes, I was running some simulations at the same time.

This is the reason then, The core hours are deducted from your “balance” when the job is finished/canceled. By having many long-running jobs you exceed the remaining core hours.
