Error Uploading Geometry

Hi,

I’m trying to perform CFD on a dual rotor, however i am encountering the following error when uploading my blades

‘The uploaded mesh file is currently not supported. Please use a different version, or contact our support team for further assistance.
Error Code: 5e9ef1b3’

any suggestions ?

Can you please share the project link?
Also, can you tell us which format do you wish to upload? And what is the size of the geometry?
