Error on simulation

Thanks for posting your question!
The error you’re getting is related to the residual which in turn is related to mesh quality. I just did a check for what I’m saying increasing the Linear system relative residual to 0.001, in the Numerics tab in the simulation tree, and that worked well. Please try to do that and then let me know if that worked for you too
