i could find many error messages

  1. missing material assignment
  2. your analysis does not contain set of constraints and would likely to fail
    could anyone help me in this regard?

Look at the tutorial you are doing more carefully. You have not assigned the solid region, outlet pressure condition or the chip heating. Furthermore, your simulation surpassed the default maximum run time (which is there to stop you wasting your core hours). If you would like to see this simulation through you can increase the maximum run time under simulation control --> maximum run time.
