Error in applying academic plan

Hello everyone,
I got to know from my friends that this platform is highly useful to carryout research projects by using academic plan via which no of computing cores can be increased. We tried to apply for an academic plan but it is showing error. Can anyone please enquire and let us know what’s happening.
