Error importing from Onshape

When I try to import from Onshape I received this message:

I work with Onshpe and Simscale some years a go, today I open it again, but trying to import from Onshape i received the error.

Hi Nevio, thanks for using the forum!

I have seen this error with the Onshape plugin in the past, and it is related to saved logins. Here are some actions you can take to fix the issue:

  • Logout from your OnShape session.
  • Clear the cookies and cache for Onshape
  • Optionally, clear cookies and cache for SimScale
  • Login again to both Onshape and SimScale and try again

You could also try a different browser. Please let me know if this procedure works!
